1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Zaahix (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zaahix regarding your use of our creative and technical services.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, including project submission and the dashboard, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

3. Project Submissions & Commitment Fees

A non-refundable 10% commitment fee is required for all new project submissions.

This fee covers the initial technical review, resource allocation, and brief analysis performed by our specialists. This fee is calculated based on the minimum estimated cost provided during the brief submission process. Upon successful completion and final billing of the project, this commitment fee will be credited toward your final balance.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Paystack. By initiating a transaction, you agree to Paystack's terms of service.

Deposit: Projects typically require a 50% deposit (inclusive of the commitment fee) before the 'Active' production phase begins.
Final Balance: The remaining balance must be settled before final high-resolution assets or source code are delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment for a project, Zaahix grants you full ownership and intellectual property rights to the final deliverables produced for that specific project. Zaahix retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in a written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

6. Revisions & Approvals

Specific revision counts are outlined in each project brief. Minor adjustments are typically included during the production phase. Significant changes to the project scope after work has commenced may incur additional fees and require a new technical estimate.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
